In 2003 I purchased a 100-year-old loft in the historic Sweet Auburn neighborhood of downtown Atlanta, and a decades-long love for all things Real Estate began. Since then, I’ve purchased and flipped foreclosure property, managed long and short term rental investment properties, leveraged the IRS 1031 exchange tax strategy, and won many bidding wars using strategic offer strategies.

In 2020, I realized it was time for a change. We said goodbye to the city and moved to the beautiful North Georgia mountains, where I put my almost 20 years of personal Real Estate experience to work, helping others buy the home of their dreams.

I now live within walking distance to charming downtown Clayton with my wildly dramatic four-year-old daughter, my son, who’s a 7th grader at Rabun Gap Nacoochee School, and my wife, who creates brilliant advertising for a fortune 500 company from the comfort of our home.
